UX Designer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a UX Designer to craft seamless and intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a flair for understanding user needs and translating them into engaging designs. Working closely with our development team, you will ensure that our digital products are both visually appealing and functionally sound.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative design solutions.
• Use user-centered design principles to guide projects.
• Create and maintain design systems and pattern libraries.
• Design visually appealing graphics and user interfaces.
• Conduct A/B testing to measure design effectiveness.
• Document your design process and share insights with the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Advanced degree or certifications in UX Design are beneficial

Experience

• 3-5 years of industry experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Interaction Design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams will be beneficial.
• Experience with motion design: Understanding of basic animation principles for UI is a plus.
