• Ensure quality assurance during process development.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for process inefficiencies.
• Work on the design of green and sustainable chemical processes.
• Document engineering practices to comply with industry standards.
• Estimate project costs and develop budgets.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical process management

Technical Skills

• Chemical Process Optimization
• Project Management

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Chemical Engineer (CCE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Green Chemistry: Familiarity with sustainable practices in chemical engineering.
