Job Description

As a Civil Engineer at Engineering Solutions Ltd., you will be tasked with delivering innovative engineering solutions that support urban development in Bloemfontein. Your role will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring sustainability and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of civil infrastructure projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for projects.
• Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend improvements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Participate in project estimation and budgeting processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering (Pr Eng) registration is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil engineering
