Job Description

We are seeking a passionate E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, optimize supply chain management, and ensure top-notch customer service across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including inventory management and order processing.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor customer feedback and take action to resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop training materials and provide guidance for new operational procedures.
  • Support the marketing team in promotional campaigns through operational insights.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure sufficient inventory.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks in the supply chain.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Retail, or related field
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in e-commerce or operations management
