Job Description

The Instructional Technologist will be responsible for designing and developing technology-based instructional materials. Collaborating with educators to create effective learning solutions is key, along with conducting needs assessments to identify training gaps.

Responsibilities

  • Create e-learning courses using various digital tools and platforms.
  • Work with faculty to ensure technology meets educational goals.
  • Test and evaluate courses for usability and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in instructional design and technology.
  • Develop guidelines for the use of technology in teaching.
  • Oversee integration of multimedia elements into courses.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in instructional design or educational technology.
