Job Description

We are in search of a passionate Nurse Educator to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the future of nursing by delivering high-quality nursing education and fostering an engaging learning environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing curriculum, conducting lectures, and mentoring nursing students.

Responsibilities

  • Design assessments and grading rubrics for course evaluations.
  • Encourage collaboration among students through group projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
  • Organize field trips and guest lectures from industry experts.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Promote a culture of respect and inclusion among students.
  • Support the administration in accreditation processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master's degree in Nursing Education or Healthcare Management preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in clinical settings combined with teaching experience.
