Job Description

We are seeking an Instructional Technology Specialist to lead the charge in integrating technology into educational practices. This role involves designing educational materials, training staff, and evaluating the effectiveness of technology tools to enhance learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative strategies for technology integration in the classroom.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip staff with necessary technology skills.
• Research and recommend emerging technologies that enhance learning experiences.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology in enhancing educational outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT staff to ensure technology infrastructure supports educational goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve digital literacy among teachers and students.
• Maintain documentation of technology resources and training materials.
• Engage with the educational community to promote best practices in technology use.
• Cultivate partnerships with technology vendors to improve educational tools.
• Contribute to the overall strategic development of educational technology.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Additional certification in Educational Technology is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in educational technology implementation
