Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our Cape Town property. You will be responsible for daily front desk operations, training staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk staff and manage schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor front desk operations for adherence to hotel standards and policies.
  • Facilitate communication between guests and hotel services, including housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction.
  • Review and approve room assignments and upgrades.
  • Stay updated on hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests.
  • Conduct regular meetings with front desk staff to discuss performance and service updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel front desk operations or similar role
