We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Manager to oversee operations at our Cape Town location. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest services, managing front desk staff, and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management and a passion for enhancing the guest experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise front desk staff and manage schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor front desk operations for adherence to hotel standards and policies.
  • Facilitate communication between guests and hotel services, including housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction.
  • Review and approve room assignments and upgrades.
  • Stay updated on hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests.
  • Conduct regular meetings with front desk staff to discuss performance and service updates.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Customer Service Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Front Office Management Software Experience with hotel management systems and software.
  • Leadership Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Problem-solving Skilled in resolving guest issues and complaints.
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)
