Responsibilities
Oversee front desk operations and assist guests during check-in/check-out.
Enhance guest experiences through personalized service.
Prepare weekly reports on occupancy rates and guest feedback.
Engage in community outreach for hotel partnerships.
Assist in budget management and inventory control.
Monitor and maintain hotel inventory and supplies.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
Assist in resolving guest complaints effectively.
Ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
Bachelor's degree is advantageous
