Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of mail processing activities.
• Maintain logs and documentation related to mail processing.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Communicate effectively with team leads about workflow changes.
• Resolve discrepancies in sorting and processing as needed.
• Support the implementation of new technologies in the sorting process.
• Actively participate in safety drills and compliance training.
• Help maintain employee morale through team engagement activities.
• Respond to inquiries regarding mail processing procedures.
• Identify opportunities for increased productivity within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, specifically in mail sorting or processing environments
