Job Description

As a Machine Set-Up Technician, your primary responsibility will be to set up and maintain various machinery used in our manufacturing processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all machines operate efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery according to production specifications.
• Perform thorough inspections and maintenance on all machinery.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure machines are running optimally.
• Keep records of machinery set-ups, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Lead efforts to improve machinery efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with other departments for machinery needs.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid unexpected failures.

Requirements

Education

• Trade certification in mechanical engineering preferred
• Qualification in electrical engineering is beneficial

Experience

• Proven experience in machine operation and maintenance
