Responsibilities

• Support the development of innovative solutions for crop production.
• Conduct training sessions for farmers on modern farming techniques.
• Analyze crop yield data and provide actionable insights.
• Assist with the preparation of grant applications and project proposals.
• Work closely with agricultural extension services to enhance farmer productivity.
• Participate in the evaluation of new agricultural products and technologies.
• Foster relationships with local farming communities for better collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in agricultural development or research
