Job Description

As a Grader and Sorter for agricultural products, you will be tasked with ensuring that all items are accurately graded and sorted according to our stringent quality control standards. Your attention to detail is crucial in providing our customers with top-notch products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure optimum quality.
• Organize products in adherence to given sorting criteria.
• Complete necessary documentation promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with the production team to enhance workflow.
• Identify areas for improvement in sorting efficiency.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in Agriculture is advantageous

Experience

• 1-3 years in a similar role preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HACCP principles: Knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points and implementation.
