Job Description

As a National Account Director, you will be pivotal in fostering relationships with our key clients in Pretoria. Your leadership will drive strategic initiatives and enhance our service offering.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Expand the company’s footprint within key accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies aimed at client engagement.
  • Foster a culture of excellence in account management and client service.
  • Implement client feedback into service enhancements and company offerings.
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks in client service delivery and propose solutions.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the account management department.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline for key clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • MBA or similar degree is an advantage

  • 5+ years in account management with a focus on strategic accounts
