Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Expand the company’s footprint within key accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies aimed at client engagement.
Foster a culture of excellence in account management and client service.
Implement client feedback into service enhancements and company offerings.
Identify risks and bottlenecks in client service delivery and propose solutions.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the account management department.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
MBA or similar degree is an advantage
