We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components, ensuring project specifications and timelines are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to implementation, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical systems.
• Conduct performance assessments of mechanical systems.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance product functionality.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting on progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all engineering processes.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical advice.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with environmental and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
• Professional certifications in mechanical systems are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems design
