Job Description

As a Communications and Instrumentation Mechanic, you will be at the forefront of ensuring efficient communication and instrumentation systems are installed and maintained. Your technical expertise will contribute significantly to the operations of our hydroelectric plants.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational integrity of communication systems in plants.
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
  • Liaise with vendors for supply of necessary instrumentation tools.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure accurate reporting on system status and maintenance schedules.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Electronics or related field
  • Relevant certifications in automation is a plus
Experience
  • Experience in the mining or petrochemical industry is advantageous
