Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor in Durban to oversee our warehousing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in logistics management. You will be responsible for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, coordinating inventory control, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
• Implement efficient warehouse layout and processes for optimal storage.
• Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Monitor and control budget expenditures related to warehouse operations.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Logistics or similar field
• Bachelors degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification
