Job Description

As a Passenger Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers during their journeys. You will assist with boarding, provide information, and maintain a welcoming environment on the bus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers as they board the bus.
  • Help with passenger luggage and ensure their comfort.
  • Serve refreshments and snacks as needed.
  • Answer passenger questions about the bus journey.
  • Manage any passenger disputes or complaints.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to trip documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company health and safety standards.
  • Stay updated on route changes and transport regulations.
  • Contribute to an enjoyable travel experience for all passengers.
  • Report vehicle issues or maintenance needs as observed.
