Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed data analysis to support business strategy.
• Develop metrics and key performance indicators for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with team members for project-based analysis.
• Keep informed of industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
• Design and run experiments to test hypotheses.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts in best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or relevant field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years working in data analysis, preferably in a corporate environment

Technical Skills

• R Programming
• Data Visualization Tools

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Detail-oriented

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Business Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Power BI or Tableau is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Statistical Analysis: Solid understanding of statistical analysis methodologies.
