Job Description

We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to our internal teams in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, a knack for troubleshooting, and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts and permissions in IT systems.
  • Help implement IT projects and upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure and data.
  • Participate in IT team meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar
  • Microsoft Certifications
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
