We are seeking a dedicated Pension Actuary to join our Sandton office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing actuarial models to assess pension scheme risks and ensure financial sustainability.
Responsibilities
Utilize statistical techniques and actuarial software for data analysis.
Work on projects relating to defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans.
Build relationships with regulatory bodies to stay updated on changes in legislation.
Train and mentor junior actuarial staff in best practices.
Coordinate with external auditors during pension scheme audits.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus
