Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while leading and motivating your team to meet service targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily tasks for the warehouse crew.
• Maintain effective communication between warehouse and management.
• Analyze warehouse operational data and prepare reports.
• Develop policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards in all operations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Team Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• First Aid Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
