Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage our operations in East London. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while optimizing inventory management and working closely with team leaders to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage inventory accuracy through continuous audits.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Report on performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in warehouse management or supervisory role

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
