Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address HR needs and drive organizational success. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings and candidate screening.
• Develop and implement HR policies to improve operational efficiency.
• Address employee inquiries and build strong relationships.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and legal requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and ongoing training programs.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover rates.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
• Create and maintain HR databases and records.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Foster an inclusive and positive work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

• 3 years of experience in human resources or related fields
