Job Description

As a key player in our e-commerce team, the E-commerce Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing initiatives to boost online sales and improve customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of digital marketing, web analytics, and e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategies for increasing online visibility and sales.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to assess the performance of online sales.
  • Enhance website usability and customer journey for conversion improvement.
  • Work closely with SEO and PPC teams to maximise online promotions.
  • Manage online product listings and optimize for search engines.
  • Create engaging content for email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Lead team meetings to align on e-commerce goals and objectives.
  • Oversee customer feedback and implement solutions for improvements.
  • Identify new market opportunities to expand e-commerce reach.
  • Develop training materials for internal teams on e-commerce tools.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar
  • MBA is advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
