Job Description

We are on the lookout for a motivated E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategy and operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, managing customer relationships, and optimizing product offerings to enhance user experience. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our online presence meets business objectives and drives profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, development, and implementation of e-commerce strategies.
  • Monitor ongoing performance metrics while recommending adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate with web developers for e-commerce website enhancements.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing for cohesive strategy.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Manage budgets related to online marketing efforts and e-commerce operations.
  • Keep abreast of trends in the e-commerce industry and suggest new initiatives.
  • Report regularly to senior management on the progress and performance of e-commerce efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
