We are on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Analyst who possesses a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software products. As part of our vibrant team in Durban, your role will involve developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the quality of our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases based on user stories and requirements.
• Report bugs and issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss testing progress and challenges.
• Train and mentor junior QA staff in best testing practices.
• Create test data and environments for testing purposes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Selenium WebDriver
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of SQL: Experience in writing and executing SQL queries.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
