Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled Cloud Solutions Architect who's ready to take charge of designing innovative cloud solutions for our diverse client base. As part of our Johannesburg team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored cloud strategies that drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement robust cloud solutions using AWS and Azure.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation of cloud processes.
• Assess existing infrastructure and recommend enhancements for scalability.
• Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing cloud resource utilization.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Mentor junior staff in cloud technologies and best practice approaches.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior management.
• Create detailed technical documentation and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and DevOps practices
