As an IT Support Technician, you'll play a key role in our IT department by providing exceptional support to users. Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between users and other IT staff.
• Conduct training sessions for users on new technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Certificate in IT or related field
• Bachelor's degree in IT preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
