As an IT Support Technician, you'll play a key role in our IT department by providing exceptional support to users. You'll address technical questions, help resolve software and hardware issues, and work alongside skilled professionals in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between users and other IT staff.
  • Conduct training sessions for users on new technologies.
  • Assist with installations of new infrastructure and software.
  • Monitor application performance and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives to enhance systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Certificate in IT or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in IT preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
