Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Auditor to assist in enhancing our audit processes and ensuring compliance across various financial functions. You will perform audits, analyze financial statements, and recommend improvements while maintaining regular communication with stakeholders to address any discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct field audits at client locations.
• Assist in strategic planning for audit cycles.
• Document and report audit procedures performed.
• Perform risk assessments of the financial processes.
• Provide recommendations for improving client financial management practices.
• Ensure timely completion of audit assignments.
• Foster a positive rapport with clients and team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in auditing roles

• Risk Assessment

Certifications

• ACCA Certification
• Registered Auditor designation is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
