Job Description

As a Policy Analyst, you will engage in policy research and analysis, crafting impactful recommendations. Your role involves direct collaboration with government bodies and the community to ensure policies serve their intended purpose.

Responsibilities

• Gather qualitative and quantitative data to analyze policy impacts.
• Develop comprehensive reports and summaries for policy analysis.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance policy collaboration.
• Review and assess the suitability of existing policies against new data.
• Support the execution of communication strategies regarding policy changes.
• Deliver presentations to share insights and recommendations with decision-makers.
• Contribute to the development of training materials for policy implementation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Policy Studies or equivalent is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in a related policy development role
