In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and optimal efficiency within our supply chain. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams and external vendors to streamline processes and enhance our overall logistics performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain logistics performance metrics.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to shipment status.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods in compliance with safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of logistics experience, including leadership roles in logistics projects
