We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software testing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving software quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze software requirements to create comprehensive test strategies.
• Execute regression tests and ensure existing functionalities are not impacted.
• Document and communicate test results to stakeholders.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Mentor junior QA analysts and provide guidance as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on both manual and automated testing

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• TestRail

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with JIRA: Experience using JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools: Experience with tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
