We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Cape Town office. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients throughout their journey with us.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-focused role
