Responsibilities

• Help manage the pharmacy's daily operations and workflow.
• Educate patients about the correct usage of medications.

• Assist with insurance claims and billing inquiries.
• Address customer complaints and provide solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Pharmacy Technician Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in retail pharmacy is an advantage
