Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our dedicated team in Pietermaritzburg. In this role, you will analyze production processes and systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. You will also collaborate with other engineers and departments to design processes that optimize productivity and minimize waste.

Responsibilities

• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance production flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new processes and products.
• Assess technological advancements and integrate them into production systems.
• Implement and monitor process control systems to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops focusing on lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's in Industrial Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar engineering role
