Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Evaluate emerging design technologies for project integration.
• Participate in design workshops to encourage innovative ideas.
• Develop project schedule and monitor progress throughout all phases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree is an asset

Experience

• 4+ years of architecture experience, ideally in project management.

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Photoshop

• Team collaboration
• Detail-oriented

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software: Experience in rendering software like 3ds Max or Blender.
