You will facilitate clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional service and expert market insights. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify properties that meet client needs.
• Assist clients in negotiating purchase and sale agreements.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses.
• Provide clients with in-depth property information.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals.
• Educate clients about the buying/selling process and local market.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Property Management
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in a real estate environment preferred
