Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
• Create and maintain a database of potential leads and clients.
• Prepare property listings and ensure they are marketed effectively.
• Provide clients with market analysis and pricing recommendations.
• Utilize social media platforms to enhance property visibility.
• Coordinate with mortgage brokers and legal professionals to facilitate transactions.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation certificate
• Real Estate qualification is highly advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate sales

Technical Skills

• Customer Relationship Management

Certifications

• NQF Level 4 in Real Estate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
