Job Description

As an Armored Assault Vehicle Crew Member, specifically as an XM1 Tank Driver, your primary responsibility is to operate and maintain the XM1 Tank during both combat operations and training exercises. This role requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and effective team communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate the XM1 Tank under combat conditions.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on tank systems and components.
• Collaborate with infantry and other armored units during maneuvers.
• Ensure compliance with military regulations and safety protocols.
• Assist in the training and evaluation of junior tank drivers.
• Respond to emergencies and mechanical failures during missions.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Additional military training is advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years of military experience preferred
