Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our dedicated team to provide psychological assessments, therapy, and interventions. As a crucial member of our mental health team, you'll play an integral role in improving the well-being of our clients through evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and provide appropriate diagnostic feedback.
  • Design and implement individualised treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Provide various therapeutic techniques, including CBT, DBT, and group therapy.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Offer crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients.
  • Participate in team meetings discussing client progress and departmental strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in Psychology is advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years’ experience in clinical settings, preferably in mental health facilities
