Job Description

Seeking a qualified Healthcare Administrator in Bloemfontein to manage the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility. The successful applicant will ensure smooth processes that support our medical staff and overall patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective healthcare delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits of administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new employees within the administration team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare
  • Relevant certifications in healthcare compliance are preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in a management role within a healthcare setting
