Job Description

As a Clinical Psychologist in our Cape Town office, you will play a vital role in the mental health of clients. Your responsibilities will include performing psychological evaluations, discussing treatment options, and delivering therapy sessions. You will work in a supportive environment that promotes professional growth and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultations and psychological assessments.
  • Formulate individualized treatment approaches based on assessments.
  • Deliver therapy services in a culturally competent manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, adapting as needed.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients on mental health topics.
  • Engage in case management and follow-up care.
  • Participate in team meetings and case conferences.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology is advantageous
  • Specializing in a relevant area of psychology is preferred

  • 4+ years in clinical practice preferred
