Pre Batch Operator

Job Description

As a Pre Batch Operator, your primary responsibility will be to accurately prepare and mix raw materials to adhere to strict specifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our production line.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials by weighing and mixing as per batch specifications.
• Document all processes accurately to maintain production logs.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and functioning properly before use.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with mixing equipment.
• Work with team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Assist in training new operators on batch preparation techniques.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
