Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing supply chain operations, managing logistics, and driving efficiency in our processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive supply chain innovation and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs.
• Monitor market trends to make informed decisions regarding suppliers and logistics.
• Create and manage budgets for supply chain operations.
• Develop training programs for staff on supply chain processes and tools.
• Work with IT to implement software solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare reports and presentations for upper management on supply chain performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a managerial role within supply chain

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
