Job Description

A Note Teller is responsible for accurately counting, verifying, and processing cash transactions in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of cash handling procedures while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Count cash and reconcile balances at the end of each shift.
• Assist in training new tellers on cash handling procedures.
• Ensure that the workstation is organized and secure at all times.
• Stay informed about banking products and services to assist clients.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate with Mathematics as a subject
• Relevant banking courses are beneficial.

Experience

• 1-2 years of cash handling or customer service experience.

Languages

• English: Fluent
