Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator with strong operational management skills to oversee healthcare facilities in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, enhance patient care, and maintain compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the administrative team and coordinate daily schedules.
• Assist in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Evaluate hospital services and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service vendors.
• Ensure ethical practices in patient care and administration.
• Manage patient data and maintain compliance with privacy regulations.
• Represent the healthcare facility at community and healthcare conferences.
• Respond to patient inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Establish and monitor performance KPIs for staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management
