We are looking for a proactive Mechanical Engineer who can bring strong technical skills and creativity to our engineering projects in Johannesburg. You will play a pivotal role in the design and analysis of mechanical components, systems, and processes. The successful candidate will work independently and in teams, ensuring smooth project execution. Responsibilities

• Develop innovative mechanical engineering solutions.
• Conduct failure analyses and root cause investigations.
• Create and manage engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Review project deliverables for compliance with standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns on projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design

Technical Skills

• Catia
• ANSYS

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
