Job Description

As a Screen Tender, you will operate and maintain screen printing machines, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to customer specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust printing machines for optimal performance.
• Monitor the printing process and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules and deadlines.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Train and mentor junior operators when needed.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in printing technology is an advantage

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in the printing industry

Technical Skills

• Quality control procedures
• Machine troubleshooting

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
