Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is committed to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for monitoring patient progress, administering medications, and advocating for patients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document patient conditions and measures.
• Carry out prescribed medical treatments and nursing interventions.
• Foster a supportive environment for patients and families.
• Collaborate on treatment plans with physicians and specialists.
• Actively participate in quality improvement projects.
• Continuously assess and improve nursing practices.
• Support patients through health crises and transitions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with advanced certifications preferred
• Additional specialization in critical care or pediatric nursing is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of nursing experience in acute care settings
